AJMSF BACK-2-SCHOOL 2025 EVENT
The Alvin J. McKenzie Scholarship Fund—Back 2 School Giveaway was a tremendous success, bringing together families, community partners, and volunteers to ensure students are prepared for the upcoming school year. With strong participation and generous support, the event provided essential school supplies and resources, fostering a spirit of unity, encouragement, and readiness for learning.
1000 Pair of Shoes
As part of the Alvin J. McKenzie Back 2 School Giveaway, 1,000 pairs of brand-new shoes were distributed to schoolchildren of all ages and grades, helping ensure every student starts the school year with confidence and support.
1000 Backpacks
In addition to shoes, hundreds of backpacks filled with essential school supplies were distributed, giving students of all ages the tools they need to succeed in the classroom.
Trohpies
The Back 2 School Basketball Tournament was a great success, with trophies awarded to the winning teams and standout players, celebrating both their talent and teamwork.
